These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DateAssist mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

User Content

You may submit text and upload screenshots to generate suggestions. You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

AI Features

When you use AI features, your content may be transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI providers for processing. AI output may be inaccurate and is provided for informational purposes only.

Subscriptions and Billing

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Our current reference plans are Weekly ($11.99), Monthly ($29.99), and Annual ($119.99). Eligible users may also be offered a 3-day free trial.

Subscription access renews automatically until canceled. Billing, renewal timing, account management, and any trial conversion are handled by Apple under the rules shown in the App Store purchase flow and your Apple account settings.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store account settings. If a restore option is shown in the App, you may use it to restore eligible purchases tied to the same Apple account.

Refund requests are handled by Apple, not directly by DateAssist. Prices, taxes, currency, availability, and free trial eligibility may vary by region or account. If there is any difference between this page and the App Store purchase screen, the price and terms shown by Apple at checkout control.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit sensitive personal data (e.g., passwords, financial data, government IDs).
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
